3. Refund Timeframe

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the policies of the payment gateway and your bank.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Not all payments made via our Payment Gateway, VPA and Offline Channels are eligible for refunds. Non-refundable situations include:
  • Services/products delivered as per agreement.
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Inability to use the service/product due to technical limitations on the customer’s end.
  • Other non-eligible scenarios specified in our Terms of Service.
