- Duplicate or erroneous transactions.
- Unsuccessful transactions where payment was deducted but the service/product was not delivered.
- Other exceptional cases deemed eligible by our customer support team.
2. Refund Process

- Provide details of the transaction, including the transaction ID, date of transaction, and the reason for requesting a refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. Refund Timeframe
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the policies of the payment gateway and your bank.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Not all payments made via our Payment Gateway, VPA and Offline Channels are eligible for refunds. Non-refundable situations include:
- Services/products delivered as per agreement.
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Inability to use the service/product due to technical limitations on the customer’s end.
- Other non-eligible scenarios specified in our Terms of Service.
